Review Honey Rose’s Policies

At Honey Rose Aesthetics, we value your time and trust. Our policies and procedures have been created to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. Whether scheduling appointments, managing cancellations, or making returns, we aim to create a smooth and respectful process that benefits everyone.

Our Procedures & Policies

Your time and appointments are very important to us. We understand that things come up and are always happy to help you reschedule. However, a late cancellation notice restricts us from filling your original appointment block with another client. For that reason, we’ve implemented the following policies:

  • We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  • All late cancellations or reschedules up to 3 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Please review our late arrival policies:

  • If we must shorten the appointment or skip an add-on service (e.g., dermaplaning), you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked.
  • If you show up late three times in a six-month period, you will be required to pre-pay for the upcoming service. A 15-minute grace period is allotted. Anything after that may need to be rescheduled and will count as a no-show.
  • Member credit (dollar amount or monthly treatment) will automatically be applied to any outstanding late cancellation fee.

Please don’t no-show! It really stinks for us, other clients on the waitlist, and you.

  • ALL no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.
  • If you no-show three times, you’ll be prohibited from booking.
  • A no-show is considered canceling 3 hours before the scheduled appointment or not showing up for your scheduled appointment.
  • Member credit (dollar amount or monthly treatment) will automatically be applied to any outstanding no-show fee.

When scheduling your appointment, please be aware of the following procedures and policies:

  • We ask clients to please book online in advance to check availability.
  • A credit card is required to secure an appointment.
  • PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! We regret that clients arriving late will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for the full service fee.
  • Any client arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment may not be able to be seen and will be required to reschedule for a different day.

Please refrain from bringing children into the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment. Our spa contains fragile medical equipment, acids, lasers, needles, and supplies. Our staff cannot safely perform services while a child is in the room without direct supervision.

If you are receiving a service, you cannot provide the necessary supervision. Please also note that our reception desk staff and aestheticians are not permitted to watch children while a parent receives services. There will be no exceptions to this policy. This is for your child’s safety.

If you bring your child to your service, you will be charged as a no-show or late cancellation and charged as such for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding when it comes to the safety of your children and our staff.

At Honey Rose Aesthetics, our goal is always to recommend products that support your skin and give you results you’ll love. That said, sometimes skin can react differently than expected, and we want you to feel supported in those rare situations.

Skincare & Retail Products

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for spa credit.

Opened products are final sale for health and safety reasons, since they cannot be resold due to contamination risk.

  • If you experience an allergic reaction, please email us at [email protected] with photo documentation and keep the original packaging with the lot number. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
  • Sunscreen is final sale if opened. If unopened, it may be returned within 7 days for spa credit or exchanged for another sunscreen option.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged and hold no cash value. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

A Few Notes

  • Cash refunds are not available, only spa credit or product exchange (when applicable).
  • We reserve the right to deny or refuse a return at any time.
  • If you purchased a product without a Honey Rose consultation or treatment, we cannot guarantee its results and may not accept a return.
