At Honey Rose Aesthetics, we value your time and trust. Our policies and procedures have been created to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. Whether scheduling appointments, managing cancellations, or making returns, we aim to create a smooth and respectful process that benefits everyone.

Our Procedures & Policies

Your time and appointments are very important to us. We understand that things come up and are always happy to help you reschedule. However, a late cancellation notice restricts us from filling your original appointment block with another client. For that reason, we’ve implemented the following policies:

  • We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  • All late cancellations or reschedules up to 3 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Please review our late arrival policies:

  • If we must shorten the appointment or skip an add-on service (e.g., dermaplaning), you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked.
  • If you show up late three times in a six-month period, you will be required to pre-pay for the upcoming service. A 15-minute grace period is allotted. Anything after that may need to be rescheduled and will count as a no-show.
  • Member credit (dollar amount or monthly treatment) will automatically be applied to any outstanding late cancellation fee.

Please don’t no-show! It really stinks for us, other clients on the waitlist, and you.

  • ALL no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.
  • If you no-show three times, you’ll be prohibited from booking.
  • A no-show is considered canceling 3 hours before the scheduled appointment or not showing up for your scheduled appointment.
  • Member credit (dollar amount or monthly treatment) will automatically be applied to any outstanding no-show fee.

When scheduling your appointment, please be aware of the following procedures and policies:

  • We ask clients to please book online in advance to check availability.
  • A credit card is required to secure an appointment.
  • PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! We regret that clients arriving late will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for the full service fee.
  • Any client arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment may not be able to be seen and will be required to reschedule for a different day.

Please refrain from bringing children into the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment. Our spa contains fragile medical equipment, acids, lasers, needles, and supplies. Our staff cannot safely perform services while a child is in the room without direct supervision.

If you are receiving a service, you cannot provide the necessary supervision. Please also note that our reception desk staff and aestheticians are not permitted to watch children while a parent receives services. There will be no exceptions to this policy. This is for your child’s safety.

If you bring your child to your service, you will be charged as a no-show or late cancellation and charged as such for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding when it comes to the safety of your children and our staff.

Thanks for shopping small! We work with our clients to choose the best products based on their skincare needs. While our goal at Honey Rose Aesthetics is to make sure our product recommendations work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected.

  • If you have received a skincare consultation from Honey Rose Aesthetics and your products do not work for you, we welcome your slightly used product as a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of clinic credit.
  • Cash back is not available.
  • If you have not received a treatment or consultation from Honey Rose Aesthetics prior to purchasing a product, we cannot accept any returns (used or unused).
  • A skincare professional is always here to help you make the most of your products. Email us at hello@hraskin.com if you are interested in returning your item.

If you have any allergies or reactions, please contact us at hello@hraskin.com and retain photo documentation and the original packaging, including the lot number.

If you wish to inquire about your return, please email hello@hraskin.com. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time and for any reason. Cash back is not available.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged and hold no cash value. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Final sale items, including Light Stim LED Handheld, DMK Foamy Lift Kit, Omnilux LED, and Holiday Sets/Kits, are non-refundable.
