Honey Rose Aesthetics Policies and Procedures

Honey Rose Aesthetics Cancellation + No-Show Policy 

Your time & appointments are very important to us. We understand that things come up & we are always happy to help you in rescheduling. Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A late notice of a cancellation restricts us from filling your original appointment block with another client. 

Late Policy

All late cancellations or reschedules up to 3 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 

If we must shorten the appointment, or skip an add-on service (i.e. dermaplaning), you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. If you show up late three times in a six month period you will be required to pre-pay for the upcoming service. A 15 minute grace period is allotted, anything after that may need to be rescheduled and will count as a no-show. Member credit (dollar amount or monthly treatment) will automatically be applied to any outstanding late cancellation fee.

No Show Policy

Please don’t no show... it really stinks for us, other clients on the waitlist, and for you. ALL no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment booked. If you no-show three times you’ll be prohibited from booking. A no-show is considered canceling 3 hours before the scheduled appointment and/or not showing up for your scheduled appointment. Member credit (dollar amount or monthly treatment) will automatically be applied to any outstanding late cancellation fee.

APPOINTMENTS: 

Please book online in advance to check availability. A credit card is required to secure an appointment. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! We regret that clients arriving late will not receive time extensions & will be responsible for full service fees. Any client arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may not be able to be seen & will be required to reschedule for a different day. 


RETURN POLICY

While our goal at Honey Rose Aesthetics is to make sure our product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. We work with our clients to choose the best products based on their skincare needs. If you have received a skincare consultation from Honey Rose Aesthetics and your products do not work for you, we welcome your slightly used product as a return within 30 days of the purchase date. You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of clinic credit. Cash back is not available. However, if you have not received a treatment or consultation from Honey Rose Aesthetics prior to purchasing a product, we are sorry to say that we cannot accept any returns (used or unused).
